My understanding is that they are looking to grow this depot. It is a newly created depot.

They currently have somewhere in the region of 14 drivers they need 34

That does sound rather a lot for the amount of diagrammed trains that they have. I do however think that more will be diagrammed from May aswell. What about guards numbers also ?.

Around 13 qualified drivers have transferred from Salisbury depot already. From what I know from one of those drivers they are looking to grow the depot further.

I believe Exeter to Waterloo, Salisbury to Bristol, Westbury to Weymouth and Salisbury depot.
