First off let me apologise as i'm sure this topic will have been covered a hundred times over. I've been scrolling through pages and pages of posts but haven't found any concrete answers yet.
I have a telephone interview this Friday for the position of Trainee Train Driver with First Scotrail. It's been a while since I've had an interview of any sort and I'm hoping you kind people will help me out with the typical questions they might ask during a telephone interview?
I've seen a few posts suggesting questions such as 'why do you want to become a train driver?' and 'can you give an example when you have displayed excellent customer service?'. The interview is scheduled to last 20-30 mins. Can anyone suggest any other questions they may ask so that I can prepare myself as best as possible?
