Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can give me a reasonable explanation here!

I applied for the position of Trainer Senior Conductor at LM's Worcester depot a couple of days ago. The post then closed on 16th January however I looked today and the post has been re-advertised and is due to now close on the 20th January.

What is the reason for this - bearing in mind that my application's status still remains as 'Application Submitted'?

Maybe they didn't get enough candidates they liked?
