Hey everyone - I've been lurking on here for a little while but this is my first post! (My formatting may be very bad, apologies. I'm also aware that there are a lot of threads regarding assessment days, but couldn't find anything specific to this role or in rostering as a whole.)
A few weeks ago I applied to the role of Trainee Planner and Rostering Coordinator at Colas and was recently invited to an assessment day, which is in a couple weeks. I'm quite familiar with the assessment day format for a train driver or conductor position, but I was wondering if it will be any different for the position I've applied to. I've been told that there will be team and individual exercises, as well as interviews, but have not been sent any packs or exercises to practice. Does anyone know where I can find these?
Finally, some research tells me that Colas doesn't have any specific crew depots, so how would this impact crew scheduling?
