I wonder why they're doing the two sets of assessments over separate days, presumably to whittle the candidate pool down a bit for the computerised testing.
They will send people home as soon as they fail an assessment, if they operate like Northern or DBS. Which means they will have to test a lot less for the second day

It seems like many, many people have got as far as assessments. I would be interested to know if they have actually sifted from applications yet. Did anyone apply but not actually get offered the online tests or phone interviews?
