It's not as hard as your prob thinking, I studied from books and various papers, and found them hard but not as ridiculous as first feared. ( although didn't do well enough to get s bleeding job!! Haha)
Nothing like an idiot to confuse the issue. Why not go back to licking windows?
As to Tea-occ.....you can either do it or you can't.
These tests aren't meant to be practiced ( aside from the pack your potential employer will send ), rehearsed or revised. It's innate ability they're looking for. Studying / cramming might get you the job, but then you usually get found out by not being able to keep up with the demands of the course.
And i've passed the assessments but still trying to gain employment. I've just been here a while and know the craic is all.
Try using the search engine on here and i mean IN DEPTH. Look for your local FOC / TOC names, also anything to do with the recruitment / interview / assessment procedures. Then save the relevant pages or screenshot them to refer back to.
Then steel yourself for a long, drawn-out process. Passing the assessments is no guarantee of anything apart from some personal satisfaction.
