Makes feel very old when people in their early thirties worry about being too old and I’m ‘only’ 37!

Sorry mate - it’s just that I’m aware the process can be quite long and sometimes it’ll take over a year for an opportunity to come up, so very much a long game approach.Makes feel very old when people in their early thirties worry about being too old and I’m ‘only’ 37!
Definitely not trying to make anyone feel old, as has been said even on this thread, people well into their 50s are being taken on - happy days.
