Not always and it's good idea to do some of the leg work yourself. Sign up to job alerts on the careers pages of your local TOCs and check their websites regularly. Vacancies come and go like lightning these days and it's not unknown for them to be taken down before the closing date if they get swamped with applicants.
Every man and his dog applies for trainee driver vacancies these days. Good luck and this forum has a wealth of information regarding the recruitment process.

What is a DMI ?
The DMI is the driver managers interview.
Its usually the last step in the application process.
This is a good recent post that sums up the application process for most TOC's
