Hi everyone, first post on here and I hope everyones good. Just received a email for my phone interview this week and was just wondering if anyone has any pointers or tips on it all? I've done a ticket inspector interview before and just looking to see if theres a big difference or if anyone has recently done one before and the type of questions they got hit with?

thanks Ross

Hey,

It will be customer serviced based questions and what you think the role involves and will last 10 mins ish.

When did you receive the email?

I can never understand why some TOC's put customer service high on the list for drivers as this part of the role is way down the list of important qualities needed.

Especially on non DO services! I'm at a driver only TOC so can kind of see it under those circumstances, last thing we want is people opening doors themselves and detraining because of a lack of info during a hold up.

I have worked bot DOO and with a guard, admittedly customer service experience is a help but not at the top the list when it comes to the requirements that are needed for the driver's role.

HR sticking their nose in!! ;)

What is "customer service" apart from good manners mixed with common sense?
