I've lost count of the amount of times I've written this down. But nonetheless, I'll see what I can do.
The Group Bourdon test could be done on paper or computer. It depends. I trust you have practiced on paper. If you sit the test on PC, you'll have to move between the boxes using the arrow keys, pressing enter when you want to mark off a box.
Unless you are severely challenged in the technology department, it won't make much difference if you do the test on computer. But you
must have had plenty of practice! It looks easy, but it ain't!
The passage belows explains a little bit about the structured interview. I must point out that this passage is not mine. I have taken it from a good website, a website that you can trust.
The structured will be held with a member of resources. Prior to the interview, you will be asked to complete a question paper which will ask you interview type questions - times of when you have dealt with a certain problem, or times when you have demonstrated a particular skill. The interviewer will grill you on these answers.
Most of the questions will focus on times you have dealt with rules and procedures, emergency situations, worked in a safety critical environment, what your biggest achievement is, times when you have dealt with problems, times when you have been trained - the list goes on. You can be sure that the interview will ask detailed questions about the examples you put down, so don't lie as your are likely to be caught out, its far better for you to use real examples.
The whole interview should last about 30 minutes, and you will be told at the end if you have passed.
