Hi guys, I've just passed my conductor assessment in Leeds with Northern Rail, and had an email to say I'm now on hold awaiting a training course at Manchester Piccadilly.
Any ideas roughly how long they keep you on hold? I'm itching to get started and can't wait to start a new career on the railway. Thank you in advance.

Our last batch of new starters were waiting for just over 3 years, while its one of the longest I've known it can be anywhere in between.
