on no. 89's first scheduled trip through the aberglaslyn pass in snowdonia on the welsh highland

returning to bryn y felin bridge

Seeing a grown man in basque, knickers and suspenders standing next to the line staring at the train I was on between Bristol Parkway and Westerleigh Junction!
Next to the line?

Well, assuming that the basque and stockings were high viz orange, and he raised an arm in response to the train's horn, that shouldn't be a problem. (They were high viz, weren't they? With steel-capped boots?)
