Where can I find out the unladen weight of passenger and freight trains?

I am interested in this, at present, in relation to a possible new Forth crossing. I have heard the opinion that the main proposal (a bridge) would not support heavy rail services, so I'm keen to ascertain the weight of the following types of train:-

29-truck, loco-hauled coal train
20-tanker, loco-hauled oil train
9-coah, loco topped and tailed excursion train
9-coach + 2 power cars HST 125
3-unit Turbostar
2-unit 158
4-unit Voyager
5-unit Voyager
Any other train stock likely to use the present Forth Bridge

Just looking at my ned book, I can provide the following (rough) answers.

HST+9 = 447.5t
2 car 158 = 77t
3 car 170 = 132.9t
Voyager = 185.6t
Super-Voyager = 276t

29-truck, loco-hauled coal train would be the heaviest of these - assuming bogie hoppers are being used, this would weigh in typically at 2000-2500 tons.

I don't know too much about bridge design, but I seem to recall there were several Victorian engineers who could design a bridge to take this sort of weight. Shame they are all dead; I'm sure someone of the calibre of Brunel could have knocked up a bridge with both heavy rail and a road deck without too much difficulty.

AIUI The idea was for the new road brdge to be designed to have light rail (ie Tram) alongside the road deck. Network/national rail services are not intended to use the bridge at all.

At the moment the Forth Rail Bridge has a weight restriction for HAA wagons only
I assume this would continue
Oil tanker trains are not permitted on the Forth Rail Bridge, and I assume this would also apply on the new bridge

The maximum DMU length is 6/8/10 cars, depending on type
Comprising combinations of :
158+158+158
158+170
170+170
220/221+220/221

There used to also be a restriction on only HST permitted at a time; as well as a maximum two engines at any one time
