In Q2 you may wish to separate out 'commuting' and 'business' travel which are different (business travel is usually to meetings etc and is paid for by the company, whereas commuters pay for their own travel).

This seems very London/Southern orientated to me. Most of the questions seem to be relating to rail travel in the southern regions and London commuter routes.

Your suggestion of possible extra carriages on trains,

Gym, Kids Play Area, Language Learning Centre

I think most people here will be able to offer you a detailed explanation of the extreme cost of modifying infrastructure such as junctions, signals and platforms that would make this impractical if you asked.

I've just completed the survey myself now. Pretty good survey, obviously some unrealistic parts (I doubt we'll see jungle gyms and the like on UK trains for many many years to come!) but it covered a fair few issues with room to add your own complaints. I wouldn't mind seeing what other people think to see if others agree with me though...
