Train Store Help!

Ive just put MSTS back on my comp of an absense of 7 months and I install train store and it still thinks I have LSE , LSC , East Coast 1 n 2 , Dorset Coast , Great Eastern , Nene Valley and WSR. Plus all there rolling stock included. Is there a way to delete all of this and have the 6 routes on there sort of a roll back?.

thats happen to me but its two year ago ( when i did not know my route ritter from my con builder) , so I forget but I add & removed train store then went & manually deleted anything relating to it as far as I recall
