For those who haven't downloaded it yet, you'll need to either sign in with, or create, an Epic Games account, 'purchase' (it's the same screen as if you're buying it, but it's free) the game, install the installer, and then install TSW2 itself. It's taken me around twenty minutes so far to get through all of the steps and it's not fully finished (but close).
