Train seats in 'A Clockwork Orange'

I noticed what really look like train seats in the living room scenes of 'A Clockwork Orange'. The living room being that of Alexander de Large and his P and M. Has anyone else noticed these?

A lot of 'Clockwork Orange' was filmed in Thamesmead, so maybe they came off North Kent Line trains.
