Train Reported as Arriving Before it Did

So I was on this train today, which arrived at Adwick at 0706. Except it didn't. It stopped at the end of the platform waiting for the signal to clear and let it into the station, however it seems it was reported as having arrived. It wasn't until 0714 that it arrived, after a VTEC in the opposite direction had cleared the crossover.

In this case the delay was irritating but not too serious, so my question is:
Had this met the requirements for Delay Repay...how could you claim? If the software lists it as having arrived on time (aside from a trainspotter videoing it arriving by chance) how could you prove it otherwise?

For the first point, I'd guess the reporting point was just beyond where the train was so it passed the reporting point but was not yet in the platform.

I believe there may be some locations that RTT has to "fudge" due to the way the train describers work. It probably hit a TD berth that triggered it to be at the station but was actually just outside of it or something on those lines. I have had it before (on the ECML for sure) where it has said we were at a given location, but the berth for it reports about a minute earlier, so RTT makes an allowance for it

Correct. I think in this case it reports off the move past signal S111, whereas it should be reporting on the move past S109.

It's corrected on the dataset that will be going on the site in the near future - I have it down as a 071356 arrival in that dataset which seems a bit closer to the money.

SMART still reports to TRUST on the wrong move though, so the internal railway systems will have the wrong arrival time - unless it happens to be the case that Northern check train delays on RTT :P

The displays at Doncaster regularly show a train as 'arrived' when, not only has it not arrived, there is no sign of it down the line (and you can see a fair way on the main line in both directions).

Not sure how this is reported in the system(s) used to check Delay Repay claims, but if I ever had a claim turned down in these circumstances I would not let the matter rest.

SWT did at Andover for ages whereby it was always earlier than actual by 2 mins westbound.

I guess in the circumstances described a Delay Repay claim might be refused in the first instance, but if you had actually been on the train you would be able to exlain the exact circumstances. It's no different to the fact that some stations just don't show calling times.
