I've got an interview coming up for a TOC diagramming role. From previous experience the questions will be along the lines of "describe a time when you..."
Some will be things like "worked as a team to achieve a goal" but I can't remember the other scenarios I've been asked for before. I want to prepare a few notes to avoid the usual stagefright so if anyone knows what I might be asked it would be much appreciated.
