Train Model Simulator 2008 [EEP 5.0] has recently been made available in english.
TMS 2008 is the latest edition of the EEP series, sometimes known as Virtual Railroad.
It is not a "Driving simulation", but more like a "Toy train" experience with astonishing features.

Eisenbahn.Exe Professional (EEP) has been around in german-speaking countries since 1998. It is the best-selling simulation program in Germany since many years.
It was some time ago available in english under the name "Virtual Railroad".
