Train Manager Structured Interview for FGW Paddington

What can I expect to be asked in such an interview? Will it be more competency based? Got called today to be told I passed all the assessments and that I have an interview tomorrow morning. Slightly panicking now.

First of all congrats for getting this far!

Expect questions along the lines of:

Q. Why do you want to be a Train Driver? (or What attracted you to the role of TD)

Q. Tell me about a time you have had to concentrate for long periods.

Other questioning can be along the lines of working alone, shift work, working with rules and procedures, maybe a couple of hypothetical situations (You're the driver of the train when (insert scenario here) what would you do?
