Can you use this site to book a train from Switzerland to Italy? Just it’s cheaper than the other site.

Yeah, they normally give you an option to print off the tickets at home.

There’s an app for your phone, then just show the ticket on-screen

It had bad reviews on Facebook some people not able to use a ticket so in the end I paid extra and ordered from train operator instead

I have been using them since they were a French startup called Capitaine Train, and have never had any problems. But I was annoyed when I made a booking this morning to see they have started charging a service fee. And the new unified (UK and Europe) app is riddled with advertising.
