Train layout help

Hi everyone.

On Friday I caught the 1.36 am Thameslink train to Peterborough, arriving at 3.06.
This is what the schedule history says:
Headcode: 1P00, Service ID: TL000900, Train ID: G53478.

The toilet in the middle was out of order and when I walked up one side I couldn't find another one. I looked down the next carriage the opposite way and it looked like a dead end after that so I didn't think there was any toilets on the train.
I've just tried to look for what model of train it would of been as I want to find the seating plan and layout. I've just read that Thaneslink use class 700 and they have accessibile toilet in the middle (the one out of order) but also says they have 2 and sometimes 4 more toilets but I really looked and couldn't find another one and I'm gutted if I missed it.
Is it possible as it was the 2nd to last train and late that it would have had carriages removed due to low passenger numbers?

Can anyone shed any light?

No if it’s a 700 then they are fixed formation trains so unless a catastrophic event occurred then it would keep all its carriages together

12 coach trains (which is what typically serves the Peterborough line) have the toilets in coaches 2, 4 (I think, might be 5), 6/7, 9 (might be 8) and 11.
8 coach trains will be similar, most likely 2, 4/5, and 7.
As TonyColeman2 has said, these formations cannot change randomly, so it is very unlikely it was missing carriages.

If it was late night, could it have been a Class 387 from Great Northern? Though I think those have two toilets per unit, not one.

This train was formed of a single 4 coach class 387 (Great Northern train on a Thameslink service). There is a standard toilet in the next carriage down from the accessible toilet.

According to this GWR layout map, (Great Northern also operates the 378/1) there is an additional toilet in the other centre coach. OP might've missed it because it doesn't jut out like the accessible toilet.
