Train identification

During the winter timetable October 88 to May 89 I occasionally caught a train from Sheffield to Chesterfield leaving Sheffield at about 1200, it was locomotive-hauled (47) and went to Birmingham New Street and probably beyond, could anyone identify the train please?

11.09 Leeds - Birmingham NS arr. 13.24. Did leave Sheffield at 12.00.

I have a run of same for the years I was travelling around, and in the here and now they have proved invaluable in my efforts to retrace my old trips I made back in the 70/80's, allowing me to put together many itineraries that I have long since lost many of my original notes of. I got my info from my set of GBTT's I've got the lot from the first all line TT in 1974 I got it the year it came out and got every one after that. they are all stacked up on a shelf. I think I need to get out more !

I already have, over 20,000, not just haulage but sightings as well, a drop in the ocean as there are well over a million listed.
