Train hit tree near Reading?

I'm at Reading on the delayed 1O84, apparently lines to Guildford blocked as an earlier train has hit a tree and got damaged. Does anyone have any info beyond that? I hope it's not serious enough that anyone got hurt?

Edit: now moving, 39 minutes late.
