Tens of passengers were stranded high on a Singapore railway track after their train suffered a power fault.
Video shows a group of passengers high up on a bridge, queuing up in a single-line, as they were forced to walk along the tall track back to a station.

What kind of railway line is that? It is hard to see clearly from the video but it does not look like normal tracks? Is it a monorail or something like that?

I guessed it was a concrete viaduct with a capital "E" section to reduce the weight. Wikipedia says it is standard gauge.
I still wouldn't want to be leading a small child or two along that central beam with a pit either side...

Video clearly shows a viaduct, and its said to be normal gauge, so it cannot be anything else as the ´metro´ MRT-or SMaRT which on most of its length is built as a skytrain.
The only really railway-in the sense most readers here consider it as- is the narrow gauge of KTMB coming from Malaysia, in British times built as an internal link, but since some years now shortened on the SIN side till just over the causeway=border.
In SINgapore-jokes that even local people make, very much used to boring efficiency, so little of unusual happens that anything like this is considered a unique major event.

It looks like one of the people movers at north end of the north east line, there are two lines which loop around estates. Either this one or the similar one at the next mrt station. They are rubber tyred lines like you get at airports
