I have recently just passed both the online assessment and the assessment down in Croydon for the position of trainee train driver I was wondering if anyone on this forum had tips for what lies next the multi model interview and the depot managers interview.

You will have the DMI followed by the MMI at a later date.
There are numerous threads on here to help with the details, but my tips would be:
thoroughly research the TOC,
be honest,
dress smartly,
be punctual,
make plenty of eye contact,
smile,
answer the questions using the STAR method and give plenty of detail/info (but DON'T waffle!),
take a glass/cup of water in there with you,
if you are stuck for an answer, ask to come back to any question(s) that you get stuck on rather than sit in an awkward silence.
