Hi all where can you do the psychometric test privately. Is there only one company that does it (OPC) or are there multiple that are valid.

I thought of this a few years back, a lot of the time there is no point if you can’t even make it past the initial sift/online testing.

Indeed. Doesn't do anything for the application, it just skips what is usually the 3rd/4th stage of an application. Doesn't even speed up a potential start date as many applicants already hold passes and will be required to wait until others reach the same point prior to interviews being arranged - had that happen to me multiple times.
