I'd personally quite like to see scenic visitor attractions in Scotland on some of the SPT trains instead of that horrible brown and cream livery!

Agreed, I wouldn't mind seeing some of the 170s/158s with wraps advertising the various tourist attractions along the routes.

On a second note, I would love for East Coast to wrap a 91 set in a advertising wrap like the Northern and WAGN ones advertising various attractions along the East Coast Main Line like Durham Cathedral, York etc.....

A Pendy or Voyager decalled with the same logos as the McLaren F1 car, for Vodafone, I believe. Pity we can't have Grand Central for JPS, but that's illegal today.

I'd like to see an all-over vinyl wrap promoting a videogame. For instance, when Gran Turismo 4 was released in 2005, I really wanted to see a 442 in a GT4 advertising livery!

Was this the first advertising livery? A Laira based class 118 in BT colours that I photted at Exeter St Davids while on a family holiday in Devon in (I think) 1987.

Interesting to see what the opening advertising liveries looked like. We have to take up this 'Pacer with a Skoda logo' idea!

Doesn't Branson own his own team as a joint venture with the Russians?

Seconded.

Ooh - how about a flat-ended unit like a 458 or a Sprinter (or even a loco) with Portal 2 livery? You could have the orange/blue portals backing on to the yellow ends, and the running figure next to the driver's cab...

No I reckon it was beaten to it by the "Andy Capp Blackpool Special" livery applied to a Midland Compound by BR in 1959/60 not long before the loco was cut up.

Yes, that would just about pip it to the post!
