Nuts... I would consider leaving if the numbers '19' and '500' weren't so nice, along with the phrase 'per year' ;)

Damon is getting quite a collection of slaves there
Hell yeah, although I'm the only (soon-to-be) full-timer among the "new youth" 8) Ramel on Sunday mornings and Tom on Friday evenings - any more takers? :p

Latest thing I've added to Ceefax/Teletext/BBCi etc this morning:

Silverlink County 0871 200 49 50
Services at a stand between Milton Keynes Central and Northampton due to incident at Northampton

There are certain things even we can't tell the public (despite what the TOCs tell us!).

What do you actually have to do for this job?
Basically piece together information from our various sources and supply this to our clients.

Oh, and if you ever watch the local news on GMTV in the London area...

Yeah - I can't think of anyone at all that could actually get you to work...

I start on Friday but from I've seen, it is quite interesting.
Yeah, and there's me looking forward to a nice quiet evening... Hopefully I can take up the 'spare editor' shift and dump you on someone else :p

....oh, wait, I did! I have no idea who's with you :D I hope they've had some warning ;)
