Hey guys this is my first post so please bear with :)!
So anyway due to covid 19 I lost my job working on the M27 Smart motorway project as a groundworker, and I've decided to take a 7 week course doing a Level 2 diploma in rail engineering track maintence. The sponsor taking me on will be Ganymeade I am constantly hearing bad things about them mostly about not much work etc. But I am 21 and I am VERY keen to get stuck right into this industry I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction with other companies or agencies which are reliable and reputable to work for. My aim is to eventually been on the books for network rail I will be applying for the L3 Track maintence apprenticeship for the next intake but until then I want to get as much hands on experince as possible!!
Sorry for the long post but I'm worried because I've changed carrer and I don't want it to be a waste because I do really want to do this

Hi,
Yes I've looked into balfour Beatty and colas but they've nothing in my area at the moment, I'm doing my driving at the moment so once I've passed I'm sure I'll have endless options.
Thank you :)
