Track issue South of Pitlochry

Just heading South on 1B54 to EDB; we were briefly held there but have now been informed by the guard we have to proceed at 20mph for a few miles South of Pitlochry due to a track issue between there and Dunkeld, anyone got any further info as to what's happened?
