There’s no obvious “concrete that fell from a height at an odd angle” damage one would expect.
There does seem to be something very seriously wrong with the cab, with it lying horizontally on the road. The Tweet mentions a collision. Would the force from the collision with another vehicle to cause the track if was carrying to fly forwards and knock the cab over?
Haven’t you heard? The new cost cutting plan for the eastern leg is to convert the A1 by dropping tracks.
It does look like that doesn’t it? Pretty shocking (although by the looks of it quite possibly fairly lucky) for the driver.

Perhaps they were unloading the track panel as part of the relaying and reopening of the Hull & Barnsley line....which passed under the A1 at Barnsdale Bar?

The first sleeper, with the mark A1, is no longer parallel with the others and appears to have been pushed backwards. Possibly by striking the back of the cab, whch may be damaged at the rear left side. The cab has certainly been propelled forwards sharply given that the panel carrying the number plate has been wrenched forward. I hope the driver is OK.

That doesn’t look like a section of plain track to me. There are no rail fasteners on the far side rail and the fifth sleeper looks to be non-standard with a point actuator on it.

It's a switch panel fitted with a Hy-Drive (an In-Bearer Clamplock with hydraulic SO backdrive units). The fifth bearer will be metal and house the hydraulic rams and a few other bits and pieces. You can't see any rail fasteners on the far side as that's one of the switch blades—it wouldn't make a very good set of points if the switch blades were fastened down!

The number of times over the years I’ve had to explain to project manager types that “You don‘t get this stuff at the local B&Q/Home Depot (depending on which country the explaining is being done in)…..
I’m also imagining the phone call from the job this is heading for:

Several months usually. With a rush job that can be cut to one or two perhaps, but that's assuming that's a complete order from nothing, which would assume this is a wholesale write-off, which is unlikely.
This will be very closely inspected and a list of new parts ordered that will be made in a rush if needed. Bearerers can have concrete chips out of them and be repaired rather than replaced, as long as it's not significantly cracked, which would be a much bigger repair or a replace, especially if the crack goes through to the rebar, in which case it would very probably be a replace.
Switch/stock rails - these take a couple of weeks at best, assuming they aren't anything paricularly complex and that a rush slot can be found, which may not be the case.
If the crossing is damaged, that's probably longer and a lot more expensive too.
Then there's the point motors, rods, locking, points heating strips etc, but all these are fairly standard so should be easy to replace if needed.
The metal bearers for the point rodding could be bent, and these would then be replaced, but these should be fairly standard.
I do hope that wherever it was going can cope and this doesn't delay a project or renewal somewhere, although it may well do. Being delivered by road usually means it's delivered a short while before the possession, so if the site is lucky there's time to fix it and stilll install it.
