TPE Qualified Driver conditions

I have an interview for TPE in York in a couple of weeks, and I don't really know much about their T's & C's. I'm wondering if anyone could shed some light?
I'm aware of the salary and that they have Sundays inside, but I don't know much else. I've seen people here saying they have better conditions than say AWC/LNER, so are worth the lower basic, but what are those conditions that make it worth it?

Could anyone tell me anything about York depot specifically?
I've seen the route card on here, but I would be relocating and don't know the area that well.
Any other info such as link structure, night shift frequency, etc?

Also, how is TPE now that FirstGroup have gone?

Overtime is 1.75x hourly rate for a minimum of 10 hours.

Do you want to know anything specifically? I have no knowledge of York depot but across the company turn length varies 5-10hrs (9hr maximum Night turn booking on between 21:00 and 04:59) with a +/-3 hours movement when Spare. 33 days leave rostered 1 week Spring, 3 Weeks Summer and 1 week Winter with 8 being floating days. You're also right that Sunday is inside the working week.

York depot does unfortunately suffer from an extreme shift pattern, along with Manchester Piccadilly when compared to other TPE depots at Scarborough and Hull.
Earliest start likely to be 02XX and latest finish likely to be 03/04XX as they have a lot of depot work attached to their diagrams.

2 main links. Now 68s have gone, one link 185 only. The other 185+802. 802 link sign upto Newcastle and Liverpool+Scarborough. 185 link signs Saltburn+Scarborough but not Newcastle/Liverpool. All to Man Vic/Picc/Airport.

Night turns roughly every 4 months although there are some turns, as mentioned, that are 0400 on, 0100-0200 off. There is one nasty 0200 on but fairly short and doesn't come around often.

Compared to my last TOC, diagrams are alright, not particularly intense or tiring as most is semi fast work.

No real shunt work. No preps. Spare movement is fairly limited compared to others.

Currently yes but only because timetable has been cut. Due to ramp up in June, then December again. Should decrease.

Don't forget that during the first 2 years, it's only 6 floating days, rising to 8 afterwards.
