I expect it's something to do with the the Northern transpennine improvement works, but when planning a journey from Menston (or other nearby stations) to Liverpool it sends me via Bradford and Northern trains (inc walk across the city centre) rather than via Leeds to connect with the diverted but still faster TPE train.
I put the same journey into National Rail journey planner and it does send me via Leeds.
A rather glaring glitch in the system if TPE doesn't allow me to use its own trains!
