Interview is coming round fast for tpe qualified driver, if anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated, will be based out of pic

Everyone recommends the STAR technique. But if you do a search you will get lots of advice

TPE get qualified Drivers to do a couple of short tests (SCAAT and writing a couple of reports/repair slips) for their own internal recruitment process but it doesn't affect your current job.

Not anymore. Interview and SOL history now.

Don't believe we do the basic tests anymore. You will get some rules questions, think along the lines of "describe temporary block working" speeds for various faults, another favourite was drawing an Absolute block section and labelling everything in it.
You will then get the "can you tell us a time when....customer service,emergency situation, challenged an instruction.
Your SOL will be checked at some point also so always important to be honest with that as I've seen a couple have offers withdrawn for not disclosing incidents.
