TPE drivers? Sheffield depot

Hello, if any members here drive for TPE along the Manc-Sheffield-Cleethorpes route can we have a chat about the usual stuff, rosters, conditions, routes & traction etc please, thanks in advance.

I don't work for TPE but I live in Sheff. I can tell you the only rolling stock that serves the route is the 185 - even after TPE get their new stock it's planned for the 185's to stay on that route.

Routes wise, theres principally a Manchester Airport-Manchester Piccadilly-Sheffield-Doncaster-Cleethorpes route. TPE don't service Hull from Sheffield only from Leeds.

To my knowledge the route card includes the above core, plus via Marple (ie avoiding Stockport), via Rotherham Central, via Thrybergh Junction (avoiding Swinton) at Doncaster possibly via Bridge Junction (ie reversal to get the south to west chord at South Yorkshire Junction). In the medium term I believe Sheffield drivers will be doing ECS moves to York Siemens depot via the ECML for the 185s.

Some (maybe all) sign the route via Broughton Lane Junction (the normally freight only line down the side of the Supertram line)
