TPE driver shift swaps

Hi all, just a quick question regarding swapping shifts with other drivers at TPE (Piccadilly). How easy it it to swap shifts with one another? At my current TOC it's really straightforward, but I've read that at TPE it may be more difficult? I prefer working PM shifts and not too concerned about losing a few weekends here and there if that has any bearing...

Agree a swap with a colleague, email rosters, cc fellow driver in that email and rosters will process it. Done.

Does your Current TOC have a fixed Rest Day Pattern? That might be what the more "difficult" means as TPE Drivers don't afaik.

Yeh at my current place we have two links which are identical in terms of shift type and RDs but the work content differs slightly, they have a relatively fixed RD pattern ie long weekend every fourth week, the rest days in between the long weekends vary though...

Thank you for the reply! One more question if you don't mind? In your opinion is it pretty easy to find drivers to swap with? At my present TOC I'd say I manage to swap around 98% of the shifts I put in the swap group lol.
