TPE date change fees?

It looks like the TPE site allows free date changes. If this is done at least 6 days before travel they send out a new ticket in the post (I suspect this is an excess and the original still needs collecting). My question is do they charge for postage for this?

When I was booking the ticket originally there was a £2 charge for postage or free collection from a TVM.

Update: managed to do a dummy run without changing the actual booking and it's not charging.
