Hi does anyone know if there is still a ban on rest day working?

And if doing a spare turn do you sit for the whole length of the turn or are you allowed to go after 6 hrs like at some other tocs/depots.

No overtime time at the moment and sat spare depends on circumstances.

Such as disruption, other spares etc

Is there likely to a resolution to this anytime soon i.e. in discussions? It's been in place a while now has not it. It would mean a drop in salary for me if I were to move from a different toc. Trying to weigh up all pros and cons

I'd say if you're weighing up a move based on how much overtime you'd get and if you'll get away early if you're spare then maybe think again as overtime and getting away early is never guaranteed and you shouldn't budget around it. Not trying to sound cheeky or anything.

Im not im trying to do away with a 50 minute commute all these things are just other things that im going to want to be aware of.
