Hi all,

Just a question I have always wondered, where does the Torbay Express stock originate for the BTM - Paignton summer sunday tours? The stock on a weekday is usually on the line next to the UT at BTM (I think the 'loop siding' isn't signalled and is GF operated). Weather it still sits there in the summer on Monday to Saturdays I don't know. I did look on YouTube to see if there's any videos, but the stock seems to come from Bristol East Jct way, does the kettle join onto the Weston end of the coaching stock in the loop siding, reverse out to Bristol East Jct, then head into the station?

Any help about this inquiry would be appreciated!

Cheers,

James.

Ah i see so it goes ECS from Barton Hill to BTM on Saturday afternoon and sits there till Sunday where the kettle is attached and shunts the stock to the platform I guess?

Cheers,

James.
