Can't help with the units. 59102 and 59103 were both in/around Acton on 18th April. What sort of time did you see it?

It was around 1500. 59005 was there, too. It was definitely 591xx as it had a Hanson livery and it was around the back of the yard. Hoping it was 59103 as I need that one! :)

As godfreycomplex says, no freight it seems going through Stockport around 13:50 yesterday though. The ones nearest to the approx. time you state (ones recorded either side) were:

Freightliner 66560 on 6J34 Runcorn Folly Lane to Brindle Heath Refuse Transfer Station which passed at 12:33.

Freightliner 66554 on 4E10 Fiddlers Ferry Power Station to Ferrybridge Power Station (coal train I assume) which passed through at 14:07.

The second one is pretty close time-wise, but don't think it would've been an intermodal...

It'll have been the 1317 Trafford Park to London Gateway that you saw, it's booked via Heald Green but was diverted via Stockport. I can't see the allocation but others may be able to look based on the fact it was diverted.

You're in luck! Was 59103.

(59102 was on a round trip to Brentford in the afternoon)

It was a West Coast Railways working...

47760 + 47237 or* 46100 (TOPS: 98702) LMS Royal Scot

*The kettle was swapped for 47237 at Willesden, so not sure if you saw it before or after this.
