Could anyone let me know which locos were in Basford Hall Yard, today, at 14.20. I could see at least one Freightliner 66 and 70 plus 2 DRS 57s, but not their identities from the passing train (57009 may have been one)

Judging by what you said you saw I can confirm the 2 57s as 57009 and 57010 and the class 70s at Basford Hall yesterday were 70003, 70011 and 70018 with 70017 on 4O49. I don't know which ones you saw though.

The FL 66s there were 66532 and 66592 with 66507 working 4C03, 66527, 66552 and 66547 on 0M25, 66542 on 6U76, 66554 on 6D53 and 66569 on 4M88. Again I don't know what you saw though.

There was ( is still - it should be near Crewe at the time of writing ) a stock move from Old Oak to Wabtec Scotland ( FGW HST trailers for conversion) it shot through MKC about 1730 hauled by 57313 with a WCRC 57/47 tucked in and a WCRC 37 on the back.

Can anyone tell me what they were?

It was already in the platform when I arrived at Wilmslow and I totally forgot to get the number when alighting! :oops:

I was caught totally off guard waiting for my train when they chugged through Wellingborough 147 Mins early !
