Tops numbers

Hi so sorry if I am in the wrong thread I have just subscribed to freightmaster online I have noticed already on some freight services the tops or loco number does not show am I doing anything wrong by logging into the service itself apologies if my wording is not understanding any help will be greatly appreciated thank you

I don't use Freightmaster myself so may be wrong but I think numbers are only there if users have seen and reported them. If nobody says "I saw loco XXX on service YYY" then it cannot display.

As far as I can tell, the OP is referring to my 'Realtime Maps', which utilise the Railcam system
whereby a user can click on the headcode of any train (passenger or freight) to bring up full
schedule details including operator and in addition, in some cases, a loco number may also
be shown, but the latter feature relies entirely on Railcam users manually inputting the data;
there is no direct feed from TOPS, I'm afraid!!

Thank you so much sir for your reply yes as I a new to the online system I did try it out it did show the tops list regarding which loco was working on which route but sadly the route I was after it did not show on the tops list
