That vid of 37898 and 37899 is superb. Its a shame we don't see much of classic traction on freight train like that.

I was wondering why they were clagging at different times and not together. Still its a good vid.

Me and my Grandad are in your video at Haywards Heath Tom. I'm wearing a black fleese and jeans plus my backs turned. My Grandad is the one holding up the vid camera nearest to the train. Ypu got me at Haywards Heath and I got you at Clapham.

No he didn't. My Grandad just sticks it onto a VHS then the next time I go to my Grandad's I watch what I haven't seen and don't think I've watched anything of the Buffer Puffer 4.1.

Does he have a computer? If so, you can get something called a picture card for the PC so you can get videos of the VHS and onto the computer

It's actually called a video capture card, Tom. I'd recommend xvid for divx compression.

A video capture card can be external or internal, USB2 via external or PCI via external. I'd recommend you connect up a VCR to an RF cable for a direct input to a computer.

I'd also recommend this capture device, it is also a Freeview tuner in case you want to watch TV on your PC.
