TOO YOUNG to be a Driver?

As for being hung out to dry, I know one TOC which is a bit brutal in training, certainly during Rules it's a case of fail one exam and that's it, at most places it's two attempts. There's also a few depots there which have a reputation for being difficult if you don't get on with your DM. Surprise, surprise, there's been a mass exodus, especially at certain depots with nearby options.

Young drivers are certainly welcomed at my TOC. There was a course last year on which the oldest trainee was 24

I was 24 when I got the job so 20's is definetely not too young and don't see why it would be.
I got the job through doing other jobs on the railway first, that really helps a lot.
