Can anyone give some idea of the sort of questions asked in the Train Operations Managers interview from past experience?
Is this interview a combination of the structured interview questions with the usual conventional interview questions thrown in as well?

No it's a job based in Liverpool, looking to re-locate to the north west and leave LU to live with my girlfriend.
It's a trainee train drivers position so looking for tips on how the Network Rail TOC's do things.
Shame though cos they just advertised 200 train operators positions internaly a couple of months ago for LU on £47k

You'd probably have to say what Toc it is with then as I'd imagine it varies between companies.
