Last night I was collecting pre-bought tickets from a TVM machine. Whilst they were printing the machine flashed up a message, something like "out of use, use next machine". After a few seconds it returned to normal.
I checked my tickets and fortunately they had all printed except for the receipts. I assumed it must have been a temporary fault, until I checked the time of printing on the tickets - 23.59.
I think what happened was it turned midnight whilst they were printing and it did some kind of update/reset, which stopped the ticket-issuing in mid flow.
So it might be worth avoiding using these machines circa midnight!
Anyone else had any problems like this?

maybe it's a update of somekind, i.e updating it's self to show the Fares for the Peak Time.. I.e 2359 on Sunday Night, 0000 Monday Morning. It would only give the fares that are allowed to be purchased in the Morning.
