TOD Collection issues

I'm travelling from Crewe to Glasgow tomorrow morning, I've just been to my local unstaffed station to pick up the tickets. The ticket machine says my tickets have already been collected or partially collected. Now, I might have had a senior moment and collected them already, but I don't think I have. I won't be able to check until I get home later. If I don't have them, what is my plan of action for later on this afternoon. Who would I contact? The tickets were purchased through trainsplit. Many thanks for any advice
