TOCs with social media prosecution teams?

Tl;DW is that he goes to a barber to get a haircut it's £36.50 , so he says "I'm going to buy a flight to Morocco instead"(£20), then says "luckily the closest station to me is barrierless", short fares from Bishops Stortford to Stansted , then gets his haircut for £1 in Morocco instead.

Which is quite amusing except that his boarding pass appears several times in the video with his name AND the actual unblurred CDS ticket barcode that he used

There are lots of other social media videos where people will teach you how to 'bump' barriers but this guy doesn't even seem to think it's something to hide.

Is there any effort to prosecute or investigate people boasting on social media about their criminal fare dodging?

Some people sadly are a bit idiotic to post their crimes online, reminds me when someone filmed themselves trespassing around Northampton to bypass the barriers and using a fake e-ticket, only to end up getting a visit from the BTP.

Not the smartest cookie in the book anyhow, someone more streetwise would have purchased from another station rather than Bishop Stortford, only to avoid any potential issues with lack of entry scans if RPIs are at Stansted Airport.

As for the £36.50 haircut at a barber shop, that just shouts as Money laundering using a barber shop as a front.

Yeah it's odd , the average "Turkish barber" charges about £12, but tbh these videos are often scripted so it's just as likely that Mr. £36.50 is reading a line. The fare dodging does appear genuine though

Although, it depends on what 'extras' are included in that £36.50 'haircut'.

It's a bit like those videos of people going "look at me, I can fly from London to *Insert random European city* then to *Insert British City* for less than it costs by train" without mentioning that it takes a lot longer and they are comparing the cost of an anytime single with book in advance plane tickets for no-frills flights.
