Is there any lists of court cases presented by TOCs and a summary of the outcomes? How many such cases take place over a typical year?

Never seen one.
You would have to ask each operator separately for their figures.

I don't know how many we did during my time with BR, but since privatisation and from just the TOCs I was involved with over 20 years, it averaged around 100 cases a month actually prosecuted.
